Onoken is a relatively unknown music producer in China, but that doesn't stop him from making amazing soundtracks.
This is a soundtrack for an anime called Accelerated World, and just by listening to it's tone and emotion, you can hear the undisguised lyricism and sentimentality. The whole song is only two minutes long, not too long and not too drawn out. It's a soft piano sound, as if sobbing with its head bowed in the sunset. At this point the lilting and sad sound of the flute comes in and throughout the piece, making one realize that this is a story, a moving memory and reality. The piano is instead dedicated to the accompaniment, and the flute drifts in and out, poignantly. The strings access it, and at once the heavy door is pushed open. The piano shifts back to its own somewhat spontaneous melody, while the beautiful strings hook the listener straight away emotionally. The melody is still beautiful and the tune moves along quickly but not rushed. Finally, the climax arrives with a quick roll of the cymbals. This climax is timed just right, poking at the tear ducts, and paired with the plot can be straight up moving. The various voices are mostly in unison, either in chords or leads, and throughout is the harmony that creates the beauty of its capper. Or in the farewell before the hissing a roar, or back to the general, not waiting for people to enjoy this climax, the song quickly faded down, gently out, only to leave people with an incomparable feeling of nostalgia. Perhaps, this is also a kind of farewell, a kind of goodbye, but also the most real it.
